Payment Terms

The "Exterior Design Concept" is a one-time, low-cost service designed to provide a single design mockup for your home or garden. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking through Calendly.

No Refunds Policy

As this is a custom service where work is completed on your behalf, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the design process begins. I am committed to delivering a quality design/mockup to the best of my ability. However, due to the subjective nature of design, I cannot guarantee that the final result will fully meet your expectations. This service is intended as an affordable starting point—not a detailed or finalized plan. No redesigns are included. The price includes one design concept only. Revisions, edits, or additional designs are not included.
